Individual Therapy in Sterling, CO and Telehealth Statewide
Therapy for adolescents 16+ and adults, with space to better understand yourself, work through what feels difficult, and find ways forward that feel right for you.
Therapy, Tailored to You.
Therapy isn't one-size-fits-all. Our work is shaped by who you are, what you've experienced, what you need, and what feels meaningful to you.
-
Individual therapy is a space to slow down, make sense of what you’re experiencing, and better understand yourself—not just the symptoms or struggles that brought you in.
Our work might involve exploring emotions, patterns, relationships, past experiences, coping strategies, or the ways your brain and nervous system respond to the world around you. Some sessions may involve deeper reflection, while others might focus on what’s happening in your life right now or building practical tools for moving forward.
There isn’t one “right” way to do therapy. We’ll shape our work around you, your needs, and what feels most helpful along the way.
-
People come to therapy for all kinds of reasons. Our work might include:
Anxiety & overwhelm · Depression · Trauma & difficult life experiences · ADHD, autism & other forms of neurodivergence · Burnout & masking · Identity & self-understanding · Relationships & boundaries · Life transitions · Emotional regulation · Stress & feeling stuck
You don't have to fit neatly into one of these categories. Sometimes you simply know that something isn't working anymore—or that you'd like to understand yourself differently.

I approach therapy with curiosity, compassion, and the understanding that there is usually a reason we think, feel, and respond the way we do.
Rather than focusing only on what needs to change, we’ll take time to understand what’s underneath—your experiences, patterns, strengths, needs, and the ways your brain and nervous system have learned to navigate the world.
I’ll bring clinical knowledge, different therapeutic tools, and plenty of curiosity to our work, but I won’t expect you to fit into a particular approach. We'll figure out together what feels useful and right for you.

I offer in-person therapy from my office in Sterling, Colorado, as well as telehealth for clients located throughout Colorado.
Some people prefer the separation and connection of meeting in a therapy space, while others feel more comfortable talking from home. Both are options, and you can choose what works best for you.
What Getting Started Looks Like
START WITH A CONVERSATION
Begin with a complimentary 15-minute consultation. We’ll talk briefly about what brings you to therapy, you can ask questions, and we can get a feel for whether working together might be a good fit.
GET TO KNOW YOU
Your first session is about getting to know you—not telling your entire life story all at once. I’ll ask questions about what you're experiencing, your background, what’s important to you, and what you’d like support with.
FIND WHAT WORKS FOR YOU
From there, we’ll begin figuring out what you want from therapy and what might be most helpful. There’s no predetermined roadmap—we’ll shape our work together as we go.
MOVE FORWARD, TOGETHER
Therapy will evolve as you do. Some sessions may involve deeper exploration, others may focus on what’s happening right now, practicing a skill, noticing a pattern, or simply having space to process.
