Welcome! I’m Monica

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker offering individual therapy for adolescents 16+ and adults in Sterling, Colorado, with Telehealth available statewide.

I believe our thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and ways of coping make more sense when we understand the story behind them. Therapy with me is warm, collaborative, curious, and shaped around the person sitting across from me.

    An Individualized Approach

Therapy shaped around you—your experiences, needs, strengths, identity, and what matters most to you.

Maybe You’re Here Because...

  • You feel overwhelmed, stuck, or aren't quite sure why things feel so hard.

  • You find yourself overthinking, masking, people-pleasing, or constantly trying to keep up.

  • You're exploring neurodivergence or looking for therapy that respects the way your brain works.

  • Past experiences are still showing up in your life, relationships, or the way you see yourself.

  • You want to understand yourself better—not simply become “better” at pushing through.

  • You're noticing patterns in your emotions or relationships that you'd like to understand.

  • Or maybe you can't quite name what's going on. You just know something doesn't feel right.
