I accept private pay and am an out-of-network provider. If your insurance plan includes out-of-network mental health benefits, you may be eligible for partial reimbursement for therapy services.
Upon request, I can provide a super-bill—a detailed receipt for services—which you can submit directly to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Super-bills can be provided monthly.
Insurance plans vary, so I recommend checking with your insurance provider to understand your specific out-of-network benefits and reimbursement options.
Please note: I’m unable to see clients who have Medicaid, even if you plan to pay out of pocket. This is due to state regulations in Colorado.
Frequently Asked Questions

The next step is to schedule a free 15 minute consultation with me! During our consult, we can make sure I am a good fit for you, you can tell me more about what you’re looking for in therapy, and you’ll have an opportunity to ask me any questions you may have. I look forward to chatting more!

I believe self-identification can be valid and meaningful. You are the expert on your own lived experience, and a formal diagnosis isn’t the only way to begin understanding yourself through a neurodivergent lens.
If you’ve ever wondered whether you might be neurodivergent, found yourself relating a little too strongly to someone else’s experience, gone down a late-night research rabbit hole, or even kept a mental list of all the reasons you might be “making it up,” that curiosity is worth listening to.
For many neurodivergent people; especially those identified later in life, recognition doesn’t happen all at once. It can involve years of questioning, researching, comparing experiences, and trying to make sense of why certain things seem harder, different, or more exhausting than they appear to be for others.
You don’t need a formal diagnosis to begin therapy with me. Whether you have a diagnosis, suspect you may be neurodivergent, identify as neurodivergent without formal assessment, or are simply beginning to explore what neurodivergence might mean for you, you’re welcome here.
We can be curious about your experience together—without requiring you to prove or defend it.

Our first session is a chance for me to begin getting to know you; not just what brings you to therapy, but the experiences, identities, relationships, and patterns that have shaped you. I’ll ask questions along the way to better understand how you experience the world, how your nervous system responds, and what support might feel most helpful.
You don’t need to tell your whole story in one session or have your goals completely figured out. Together, we’ll begin making sense of what’s bringing you in, what you hope might feel different, and where we might begin.
The goal isn’t to have everything figured out by the end of the first session. It’s to begin building a foundation for therapy that feels safe, collaborative, and genuinely yours.
-
The length of therapy is different for everyone and depends on what brings you in, what you hope to explore, and the kind of support you’re looking for. Some people come to therapy with something specific they want to work through, while others are looking for longer-term support as they better understand themselves, heal from past experiences, unmask, or navigate ongoing changes.
There’s no predetermined timeline or expectation that you stay in therapy for a certain length of time. We’ll check in along the way about how therapy is feeling, what’s been helpful, and whether our work continues to meet your needs.
